Privacy policy
This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit realization.es or write to us through the form. It is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), the interest you choose and your message.
- Commercial communications: your email and the date and wording of your consent, only if you tick that box.
- Browsing: we count visits in aggregate with a cookieless analytics tool that we host ourselves ([confirm: Umami]). It builds no profiles and does not identify you. Our server logs technical data, such as IP address, for security.
Please don't send special-category data (health, beliefs, etc.) in your message. We don't need it.

We make no automated decisions and no profiling with effects on you.
4. Retention [periods to confirm]
- Enquiries with no further relationship: [12 months] from last contact.
- If a contract follows: for its duration and the legal periods after it (for example tax).
- Commercial communications: until you withdraw consent. After that we keep only proof of consent and unsubscription for the limitation period of possible claims.

5. Recipients We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. If your enquiry needs an outside professional (for example a tax adviser or lawyer), we will ask your permission before sharing your data.

6. International transfers [legal review] Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or on standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to info@realization.world saying which right you want to exercise. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for more information to confirm it.

8. Complaints You can complain to the Spanish data-protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or the Portuguese authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt). We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
9. Cookies This site uses no cookies or similar tracking technologies, first- or third-party. Our analytics work without cookies and without identifying you, so there is no cookie banner. If this changes, we will say so here and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.
10. Changes We may update this policy. The current version and its date will always be published here.
